CONFIRMATION: On receipt of your payment, we will issue a confirmation, which will detail the dates of your reserved holiday. The issue of our confirmation will demonstrate that an agreement exists between you and the owners of Land and Life Ltd.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE: The entrance code for the apartments will be arranged shortly before your stay. Arrival time will be from 4 pm onwards. Apartments should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION AND EARLY TERMINATION: Flexible - 21 days The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation
DISCLAIMER: No responsibility will be accepted by the owner for any accident or loss of, or damage to personal effects, baggage, are or any other item belonging to you or any member of your party whether arising from the negligence of the owner, his servants or that of any tenant of the apartment complex. The owner cannot accept responsibility for any material loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property, its plumbing, gas, electrical services or exceptional weather. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage of property, vehicles or vehicle contents belonging to the guest or any member of the party during their occupancy. The maximum liability accepted by the owner will be the total cost of the holiday as paid by the guest. No other expenses such as travelling costs or alternative accommodation will be accepted.
CANCELLATION BY OWNERS: The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking and to cancel any bookings already made if the property is unavailable (eg through fire, flood, etc) for any reason whatsoever, subject to a full refund of all monies paid (but no further liability). Neither an agent nor the owner shall be under any other liability if such cancellation occurs. Note: in the unlikely event of a cancellation we will make every possible effort to secure alternative accommodation if required.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE: You and your party must have a travel insurance cover in place for the duration of your holiday. Your policy must provide adequate cover for personal injury, death, medical and repatriation costs, loss of valuables, theft at the holiday apartment, personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and legal expenses. We will not be liable for any damage, losses or expense arising due to or out of your failure to take out adequate travel insurance appropriate to your needs.
COMPLAINTS: If, whilst on holiday, you are not satisfied with your apartment, you should get in contact with us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the problem.
