The apartment was spotlessly clean and the host was exceptional, with really great communication. Little touches were very appreciated; lights and heating were on when we arrived on a cold evening in Jan. We travelled with our one year old son, and all our requests for him were taken into account. The location was incredible, close to Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate with cycling and walking trails along the cost. There was also loads of information at the apartment with suggestions of things to do in the area. The apartment overlooks Kingsgate beach with great views. We will definitely come back in the summer to make the most of the walks and sea. Thank you so much Simone and family for hosting us!

The beach is absolutely beautiful- the views from the apartment are stunning. The location is perfect for a peaceful beach holiday whilst still being a quick drive into Margate/Broadstairs. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 4 and has everything you could need, including cleaning things for the kitchen, dishwasher tablets etc, smart TV, parking right outside, everything has been carefully thought about.

The host was very friendly and welcoming whilst allowing us our private space. She also helped immediately with a request. The accommodation was large, spacious and well equipped with beautiful furniture and furnishings. It was also very clean and we were provided with towels and bedding. The bed was lovely and there was a long mirror in one bedroom and plenty of shelf/cupboard space in both bathrooms.The location was excellent with the beach on the doorstep and a pub serving good, affordable food just a very short walk from the accommodation. A great place for walking and a good base to drive into Broadstairs and surrounding towns.
